At 8:00 pm, the 食堂 changes to a late night menu offering which includes selections of your favorite evening snacks.

The Murray-Aikins 食堂 provides an exciting and inviting venue for fresh, individualized 餐. In addition to offering the benefits of improved ambience and updated menus, the facility boasts multiple separate cuisine stations:

• 最高领导人的 the 披萨 station, where we use our stone oven stone-hearth 披萨 to make hand-tossed 披萨
• 艾米丽的花园 which includes a salad bar, is a dedicated vegetarian and vegan area. 产生的 the Skidmore Community Garden are used to prepare the 餐
• 街角熟食店 where members of our community can order their own sandwiches, wraps, paninis
• 面包店 with items for all 餐 (fresh-baked breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, and pies)
• DIY Do-it-Yourself station that includes a griddle that students can use to make their own omelets and waffle irons to make Belgium waffles. All ingredients (eggs, chopped vegetables, cooking spray, batter mix) are provided
• 食客 with traditional favorites, soups and rotisserie items
• 粗粒小麦粉的 where we serve our pasta and other pasta-related 餐
• 全球咖啡 is the stop dedicated to international foods
• 面馆 the noodle station where you select your own fresh vegetables, protein, toppings, with choice of chicken or vegetable broths
• 麦片站 supplied with a wide variety of cereal, bagels, cream cheese, jam and jelly, and 牛奶

We additionally provide:

• A test kitchen where students with chronic food allergies can make their own 餐. It is also a space use by students to give chefs feedback on new recipes and organized 俱乐部活动.
• Fridges filled with different types of products addressing dietary restrictions to guarantee the safety of the members of our community
• The latest prototype of the interactive soda fountain by Pepsi and two beverage stations
• Wireless Internet access
• A projector to view any sporting or news event
• Counter seating at cuisine stations
• Three fireplaces and plenty of natural lighting
• Lounge space with overstuffed chairs
• The Atrium Café with comfortable seating, and a convenience store offering beverages, pre-packaged 餐 and snacks to go
• Space on the first and second floors to accommodate special events (receptions, career events, lectures, etc.)
